Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Pivit Browser, Pivit Pro, and related support services. Apple’s standard licensed-application terms also apply where required.

1. Using Pivit

You may use Pivit only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, Apple’s rules, and the terms of websites and services you access. You are responsible for the pages, scripts, files, and media you choose to access, run, save, transfer, or share.

Pivit is not intended to bypass digital-rights management, access controls, paywalls, geographic restrictions, or technical protections. A visible play or save action does not grant rights to content.

2. Third-party websites, media, and userscripts

Websites, media sources, userscript repositories, and other services are provided by third parties. Their availability, content, security, and terms are outside Pivit’s control. You must have the necessary rights or authorization before saving, converting, distributing, or publicly performing media or other protected content.

Userscripts can change how a website behaves and may access information on pages where you allow them to run. Inspect scripts before installation. Pivit may disable a source or capability when needed for security, legal compliance, or App Store requirements.

3. Pivit Pro purchases

Pivit Pro may be offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and as a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Prices, currency, trial eligibility, tax, renewal date, and exact terms are shown by Apple before confirmation and may vary by storefront.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
  • A subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date shown by Apple, subject to Apple’s displayed terms.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases inside Pivit.
  • A free trial, when offered, converts to the displayed paid plan unless canceled before it ends.
  • “Lifetime” means access to the current Pivit Pro entitlement for the supported life of the product; it does not promise every future paid service or third-party service at no additional cost.

Apple handles billing and refunds under its policies. Family Sharing is available only when shown by Apple for the specific product.

4. Privacy, security, and availability

Our Privacy Policy explains Pivit’s data practices. You are responsible for securing your device, passcode, Face ID access, local network, backups, exported files, and installed scripts.

Web standards, operating systems, and third-party services change. We do not guarantee that every website, media format, filter, userscript, download, iCloud operation, or local-network device will always work. Features may be changed or discontinued for safety, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Pivit to:

  • infringe intellectual property or facilitate illegal sharing;
  • circumvent DRM, security, authentication, or access controls;
  • distribute malware or harmful scripts;
  • interfere with networks, devices, websites, or other users;
  • misrepresent your identity or authorization; or
  • violate export, sanctions, privacy, or consumer-protection law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pivit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pivit is not liable for third-party content or services, lost files, scripts, website changes, indirect loss, or unauthorized use outside our reasonable control. Any legally permitted aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pivit during the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes, termination, and law

We may update these terms for product, legal, or security changes. Material updates will be communicated when required. You may stop using Pivit at any time. We may restrict related services for serious violations, security risk, or legal obligation without removing rights that applicable law or Apple purchase rules require.

Applicable consumer law and Apple’s licensed-application terms continue to apply. Disputes are governed by the law and forum that validly apply to the provider and the user; mandatory local consumer protections are not waived.
